  3. Publication Rights Form (oral and poster presentations). Copyright of Congress papers will be held by the author and not the Organizing Society/Body and hence authors will be free to submit their work after the Congress to a journal of their choice.

IMPORTANT Presenters are required to attend the Authors’ Meet-and-Greet Coffee’ on the morning of their presentation within their presenting room(s); final room names will be published onsite. During the Meet-and-Greet Coffee, Presenters will:

  • Meet their Session Chairs
  • Meet Session AV Staff
  • Submit their presentation file (if applicable)
  • Supply their biography (if applicable)

The Authors’ Meet-and-Greet Coffees will be from 7:00 to 8:00 each morning (Monday to Thursday).

Presenters unable to attend the Meet-and-Greet Coffee can alternatively supply bios and presentation files in their presenting room no later than 1 hour PRIOR TO THE SESSION START TIME.
